Post a puzzle.
Reward the solvers.

Encode a message in binary, craft a riddle, or ask a trivia question. Participants submit their answer. Everyone who gets the exact answer right enters a provably fair random draw. No AI, no subjective scoring.

How a challenge pick works

Four steps. Pure exact-match scoring.

Post a challenge

On X, tag @winwithpickr challenge with your puzzle. On Telegram, send /giveaway challenge. The bot confirms and starts collecting answers.

Answers come in

On X, participants reply with their answer. On Telegram, they submit via the Mini App. Same entry pipeline as predict mode — one submission per user.

Reveal the answer

Reply with the correct answer to trigger scoring. Every submission is compared against the answer with exact-match normalization.

Winner drawn from correct entries

All correct answers score 100, wrong answers score 0. Winners are randomly drawn from the correct pool using the same seeded PRNG as random mode.

Exact-match scoring

Right or wrong. No partial credit, no subjective judgment.

Answers are normalized before comparison: lowercased, whitespace trimmed and collapsed, @mentions and emoji stripped. "HODL", "hodl", and " hodl " all match. Misspellings like "hold" do not — exact match means exact match.

Challenge vs Predict

Two modes for questions with answers. Different mechanics.

Challenge: exact match, no LLM

Submissions are compared character-by-character after normalization. Score is 100 (match) or 0 (no match). No Anthropic API key required. Winners are drawn randomly from correct entries. Best for puzzles, decode challenges, trivia with a single definitive answer.

Predict: LLM-scored, closest wins

Claude AI evaluates each entry for semantic closeness to the answer (0-100 scale). Partial credit, format-agnostic parsing, noise extraction. Best for scores, prices, and outcomes where "close" matters.

Early-pick bonus

Both modes reward earlier submissions with a small scoring bonus (up to +3 points, decaying to 0 at deadline). In challenge mode, this means earlier correct answers have slightly higher weight in the random draw. Opt out with --no-bonus.
